Pursuant to Article 13, section 1, item 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of April 27, 2016, please be advised that:

The security policy is a set of rules for using the https://www.pvge.pl website, and contains information regarding the protection of your personal data.

I. Cookie files

1. For your convenience, our website www.pvge.pl uses Cookies to adapt the website to the needs of users and for statistical purposes. Cookies are small text files sent by the website you visit. They are then saved to your terminal equipment.

II. Personal data

1. After you send the Contact Form and accept the Privacy Policy, PV Instalator Polska Grupa PVGE Sp. z o.o with a registered seat in Tarnów becomes the Administrator of your personal data. Providing the data is fully voluntary.
2. In all matters regarding the processing of your personal data by the Entity, and the exercise of rights related to data processing, please contact Gabriela Witek via email address: gabriela.witek@pvge.pl, or in writing to: Pv Instalator Polska Grupa PVGE ul. Azotowa 31, 33 – 100 Tarnów, with the note Personal Data.
3. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator only for the purposes related to:

• sending the Newsletter (in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
• sending messages containing commercial information (in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
• marketing intended exclusively for entities cooperating with PV Instalator Polska of the PVGE Sp. z o.o. (in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)

4. The personal data provided will not be disclosed to any third parties, except as stipulated by the law.
5. The data provided will not be transferred to a third country.
6. Personal data will be stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data are processed.
7. Providing the data is completely voluntary, however, it is necessary for the delivery of our services. It also means consent to the processing of your personal data that you voluntarily provided.
8. The Administrator declares that it has made every effort to properly secure the personal data provided, and in particular against disclosure to unauthorized persons.
9. You can cancel your consent to the processing of personal data at any time. After such consent has been revoked, your data will be deleted from the Administrator’s database and will not be further processed. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before its withdrawal.
10. You have the right to object to the processing of your data for marketing purposes and to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
11. Every data subject has the right to access their data and the right to rectify it, to request deletion, or to limit processing, the right to object to data processing, as well as the right to transfer the data.
12. Your data will be processed in an automated manner; this includes profiling of the data. Automated decision-making will take place following the principles set out in the Instructions for proceeding in the field of security and protection of personal data.
